The Tankwatch is an electronic tank monitoring system that monitors the fluid inside atmospheric tanks.
The system is Pac/ Ga designed to fit new or existing fuel storage tanks and is available in a number of configurations to suit your requirements.

The Tankwatch can provide information locally at the fuel tank via a graphics display or can provide PC based reports.
Tankwatch can be interfaced with any fuel management system.
Pac/ Ga,Tankwatch can be configured to monitor a number of things which can affect stock and stock value. In its simplest form the Tankwatch will report on the physical contents of the fuel tank ,but can also be configured to monitor and provide information on stock shrinkage due to temperature movements or to establish if short deliveries are being made on regular basis.

The system interprets information generated by means of a magnetostrictive probe or a capillary tube inserted in the tank and displays the fluid level fluid height and volume on the graphic display at the tank location . The design guarantees a reliable and repeated level indication.
FUELTEK SIGMA P – Specification
The SIGMA P is specified as an integrated fuel management system / fuel pump rated at 70 LPM. Access to fuel is via Datatag which will identify each datatag used. For reporting purposes a manager’s datatag is used to access a managers menu. The menu allows you to look at the total fuel used for each datatag, lock datatags out if required, introduce new datatags on to the system and start a new reporting period if required. Mileage entry is optional and can be selected as a global option in a managers menu.
The System will store up to 2,000 transactions in a single period. If the maximum storage capacity is reached the oldest transactions will be overwritten first. These transactions are stored in nonvolatile memory that does not require a battery back-up, which, means even in the event of a mains power fail the system will retain all data. The SIGMA incorporates a backlit wide viewing angle graphic display.
Access Method
The SIGMA P uses our datatag as the means of access. The Datatag we manufacture is a read/write tag: incorporating High security authentication using a cryptographic algorithm, 100,000 read/write cycles minimum. Data retention is 10 years minimum.
The proximity tag does not have any moving parts maintenance is therefore low, saving costs in the long term on the upkeep of the system. Datatags supplied are guaranteed for the life of the system. Datatags are initialised by Fueltek with a unique site code and a datatag number. Once issued, new datatags can be introduced onto the system at any time by simply using the managers datatag and menu to add the datatag to the system.

Outlined below is a full specification of the equipment quoted:-
The DELTA is specified as a Pedestal Mounted fuel management system. The DELTA system incorporates a telephone style keypad which enables odometer readings to be entered at the point of fuelling, driver ID’s, fleet numbers etc. The keypad has alpha numeric capability. Access to fuel is via Datatag. For reporting purposes I have specified that Data from the FT 4000 to be downloaded via a GPRS modem to central PC running windows based Fueltek FM software that allows reports to be viewed and / or printed from an existing PC / Printer set-up.
INTEGRATED FUEL PUMP / FUEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FUELTEK DELTA P / AP – Specification
The FT DELTA - P / AP
is specified as an integrated fuel management system / fuel pump. Access to fuel is via Datatag which will identify each vehicle. For reporting purposes I have specified that Data from the FT DELTA is to be downloaded via a GSM link to an existing central PC running windows based Fueltek FM software that allows reports to be viewed and / or printed from an existing PC / Printer set-up.
The DELTA (Fuel Access Control Terminal) incorporates vehicle / driver messaging. A message can be programmed at the PC software and sent to the fuel access control terminal (FACT). The next time the relevant datatag is used at the FACT a message will be displayed. The System has a memory capacity of 2,000 transactions between downloads to the PC, these are stored in non-volatile memory that does not require a battery back-up, which, means even in the event of a mains power fail the system will retain all data. The DELTA incorporates a backlit wide viewing angle graphic display.

The datatag can also provide prompts at the DELTA for other entries to be made such as driver identification / mileage readings / hour meter readings and other data entries. The datatag can be programmed either remotely at the FACT or at the PC.
Communications
FUELTEK have improved on the standard for data – download, the traditional method of dealing with a fuelling transaction once it has been down-loaded has been to delete it from the system. The FT DELTA identifies all transactions as having been downloaded and stores them, enabling fuelling transactions to be downloaded again in the event of a PC failure. Data can be purged and archived by date selection and can also be re-imported and reconstructed if required.
Fueltek offer a number of options for communications including GSM, GPRS, NETWORK CONNECTION.

GPRS (General Packet Radio Service) a wireless data service, available with almost every GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) Network. GPRS is a connectivity solution based on internet protocols. The type of modem we use are dual band and compliant to GSM phase 2/2+. No call charges apply using GPRS as the monthly rental fee covers an amount of data transferred. Data packages transfer quite quickly and are kept to a minimum size, You can expect to transfer easily 5,000 transactions a month from the fuelling terminal to the PC. While communicating updates and messages to the fuelling terminal from the PC without incurring any additional charges.

Fueltek FM – SOFTWARE & WEB APPLICATION
Fueltek FM is an SQL based ASP web application and is used in conjunction with any Fueltek Fuel Access Control Terminal (FACT). Fueltek FM can be installed on a PC which acts as the host. The host PC can be your server or any PC that forms part of your network (LAN or Wan) If GSM is used as a communication method a connection to the telephone network will be required. If access is required from outside your network an internet connection is required at the host and client PC. Fueltek can provide a hosting service if required. The operating system on the nominated PC should be capable of running IIS (Internet Information Services). Fueltek would install IIS (Internet Information Services) onto a designated PC. Any number of remote PC’s (clients) can access the web application via their local browser. No software installation is required for client PC’s.
