DECCW of NSW Australia use the Carb testing for PV Vents, & as such we include a letter from CARB.

California state law requires that all certification testing must be conducted by the California Air Resources Board (ARB). All vapor recovery systems or components must be certified by ARB before they can be installed, sold, or offered for sale in California. For certification, we do not accept third party test results!!!

unless they are used to support the application. The certification process starts with the submittal of an application. Information for the application can be found in section 12 of CP-201 and if successful, concludes with the certification of the system or component.
